SUPPORTING
BUSINESS GROWTH THROUGH DESIGN
Across London Since 2015
WE CAN HELP YOU
From shaping a clear spatial strategy to delivering functional, characterful interiors, Atelier EURA supports businesses through the full life cycle of their projects. Our work strengthens identity, supports operations and creates environments that are both purposeful and enduring.
Our approach goes beyond aesthetics. We assess properties in relation to your business model, operational needs and long-term objectives, helping you make informed decisions early. We also manage communication with landlords and authorities where required, ensuring the process remains coordinated and proportionate from outset to completion.

HOW WE WORK
Successful commercial projects begin with clarity.
Our work typically starts with a conversation to understand your objectives, constraints and operational priorities. From there, we help define a strategy before design solutions are explored, ensuring decisions are grounded in the realities of the building, the business and the regulatory framework.
1 FEASIBILITY
We assess viability, options and risks, consolidating findings into a clear Client Brief. For commercial projects, this may include workflow and infrastructure considerations to support ongoing operations.
Stage: Feasibility RIBA Stages 0–1
Involved: Atelier EURA and client
Planning insight: Pre-application advice where appropriate (typically 4–5 weeks)

Using the outcomes of feasibility, we develop concept and outline designs and coordinate specialist input where required. Architecture and interiors are developed together to ensure coherence and buildability.
Stage: Design RIBA Stages 2–3
Involved: Atelier EURA, design team and client
Planning: Typically 8–12 weeks
Freeholder: Typically 8 weeks
2 DESIGN
3 ILLUSTRATIONS
Digital models and visuals are used where helpful to support discussion, approvals and decision-making, particularly for complex layouts or landlord engagement.

4 PLANNING
Planning requirements vary by site and proposal. Project-specific considerations are identified early, and services may include preapplication discussions, change of use, full planning submissions, advertisements and Listed Building Consent.
5 COMPLIANCE
We prepare technical documentation required for Building Control, the Building Safety Regulator and landlord approvals. This information also forms the basis of the tender process, supporting clarity and consistency.
Stage: Technical Design RIBA Stage 4

6 CONSTRUCTION
We support tendering and contractor selection and provide technical input and site oversight during construction. The level of involvement is agreed in advance and tailored to the project.
Stage: Construction RIBA Stage 5
CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
"We couldn't have done this very challenging project without Cristina, her recommendations in terms of design but also suppliers allowed us to meet the budget and 2 week build timescales for an 8,000 sq ft site! She was hands on, extremely dedicated and really flexible around our unique project needs."
Client testimonial, Boulebar, London
"Atelier EURA provided some 3D visuals which helped to develop the concept and were great for our pre-event marketing and to build the excitement."

CASE STUDIES
The projects below illustrate how our services adapt to different commercial contexts, scales and operational requirements.
PHOTOGRAPHS
While not every project is documented as a full case study, the images below offer insight into the range, character and technical context of our work.
They include projects within conservation areas, listed buildings and complex commercial environments, where design decisions are shaped as much by regulation and context as by aesthetics.
